Welcome to the homepage of the Microsensors and Microelectronics Laboratory at Washington State University Vancouver. Our group studies materials, devices, and systems at the micro- and nano-scale. Our main research interests are in the areas of microsensors, microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), micro/nanoelectronics, microfluidics, chemical- and bio-sensors, semiconductor microfabrication, nanofabrication, and MEMS modeling. Dr. Wei Xue is the recipient of the 2012 Students' Award for Teaching Excellence at Washington State University Vancouver.
